Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce DevOps
Responsibilities:
The Salesforce DevOps Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps practices for Salesforce environments. This role requires expertise in Salesforce development, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and cloud infrastructure, along with strong leadership skills to guide a team of developers and administrators.
Lead the design and implementation of DevOps processes for Salesforce applications.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth releases.
Oversee version control, branching strategies, and environment management.
Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for Salesforce systems.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps best practices.
Drive innovation by adopting new tools and practices in Salesforce DevOps
Mandatory skill sets:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
4+ years of experience in DevOps or release management roles.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset).
Preferred skill sets:
Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, and automated deployments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
