Responsibilities:
|
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public
Cloud implementation projects across multiple business functions such as
Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for SAP
S/4HANA Public Cloud adoption and integration in line with company’s
digital strategy.
- Manage cross-functional teams (internal
and external consultants) ensuring delivery excellence, on-time and
within budget.
- Collaborate with business leaders to
gather requirements, define project scope, and align the solution to
business needs.
- Drive best practices and continuous
improvement by leveraging SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with SAP upgrade
cycles, patches, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage vendor relationships, including
SAP and third-party service providers.
- Mitigate risks and manage escalations
effectively during project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to
team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, prepare
reports for senior leadership and facilitate communication across
technical and business teams.
- Qualifications and Experienc
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or
related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in SAP
implementations, with a minimum 4+ years specifically in SAP S/4HANA
Public Cloud.
- Proven track record managing
large-scale ERP transformations in a public cloud environment.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA
Public Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales).
- Strong project management skills with
certifications like PMP, Agile, or SAP Activate preferred.
- Experience working with cloud platforms
and integration tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication,
stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business
requirements into technical solutions.
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA Public
Cloud modules is an added advantage.
