Job Profile: At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
>Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring completion within agreed cost, scope, and timelines.
>Utilize Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management frameworks effectively to manage project lifecycles.
>Drive multiple Salesforce projects and client engagements concurrently, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
>Collaborate closely with technical teams, business analysts, and clients to provide accurate estimations and develop solution proposals with quick turnaround times.
>Act as the primary communication interface between the PwC team and client stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
>Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies in consultation with clients, Delivery Heads, and relevant departments.
>Track project progress meticulously and conduct regular status review meetings.
>Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
>Manage budgeting, fixed pricing, and resource allocation effectively.
>Leverage knowledge of the Pharma domain (preferred) to align project outcomes with industry-specific needs.
Mandatory Skill sets:
>Strong expertise in Agile project management practices, including Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
>Hands-on experience with Salesforce technology suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce Clouds.
>Solid understanding of CRM concepts and software development lifecycle.
>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skill sets:
>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
>Experience in risk management, budgeting, fixed pricing contracts, and vendor coordination.
>Experience with Pharma domain projects is an added advantage.
>Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Salesforce >Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus.
Years of experience: Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to Salesforce projects.
Education Qualification:Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus.
