Deliver luxury in-store customer experiences at a high-end boutique, managing appointments, events, and after-sales services while upholding Hermès’ brand values and aesthetic standards.
GENERAL ROLE
The In Store Customer Experience Specialist is in charge in developing and delivering the most memorable journey for clients, embodying the Brand values to provide heartfelt and bespoke attention to customers.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Embody values and culture, showing highest integrity and ethical behaviour, proactively promoting the same attitude and passion;
Monitor appointments, waiting times, etc through observation and ad hoc analysis to proactively suggest ideas to the manager for the continuous improvement of the customer experience;
Oversee and update the store calendar of events and appointments;
Handle aftersales requests and delivery services;
Assist clients and support sales colleagues in complex situations regarding returns and reservations, etc;
Ensure the store is always in excellent conditions supervising relevant external suppliers, such as florists and catering, monitoring the supply of food & beverage.
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree preferably with a hospitality or fashion management focus;
Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage;
Professional background: previous experience in similar positions, preferably in a luxury goods boutique or in hospitality;
Proficient with Excel / IT tools;
Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork complete the profile.

Team player mentality to build meaningful relationships and ability to work autonomously;
Availability, flexibility and dynamism to function in a high-pace environment;

WHAT WE OFFER
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Commercio
Indicative Starting Gross Annual Salary: €32,000, determined according to objective and gender-neutral criteria.
Variable Pay: Eligibility for an annual incentive plan in line with Company policies.
Benefits: €10 meal voucher per working day, in addition to statutory and collective bargaining benefits. Employees may also be eligible for supplementary benefits and wellbeing programs in accordance with Company policies.
The final compensation package will be determined based on objective criteria such as professional experience, role responsibilities and required competencies.
