Overview
Ace Home Services is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great fit.
What you will do:
- Work in‑store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call‑center role)
- Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements
- Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune‑ups (think “oil change” for your A/C system)
- Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy

Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule and Shift:
- We are looking for Part time
- The Sales Appointment Setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores
- The ability to work weekends is required.

- $15-18 per hour guaranteed, with commission up to $32 hourly
