Role Specific Information
Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will support In-Store Marketing (ISM) planning and execution by uniting various business priorities and strategies into one consistent and inspiring store brand experience. You will ensure that brand strategies, product, content, and promotional priorities are accurately communicated and executed, as well as develop graphic programs and communication initiatives to ensure successful store implementation.
What You’ll Do
Partner with cross-functional teams and national vendors to communicate ISM vision and recommend and develop in-store marketing programs that support business priorities
Research and build accurate quarterly budgets to support new initiatives and maintain graphic programs
Ensure co-op collection for designated areas
Develop creative briefs and in-store marketing programs to support the overall ISM strategy for assigned focus areas
Initiate and maintain projects by writing accurate and comprehensive project details, including communication objectives, messaging hierarchy, desired outputs and production specifications
Oversee distribution lists and unique store environment needs to ensure accurate presentations in all stores
Review graphics at each creative development milestone to ensure output is on message
Oversee proofing of store communication documents to ensure project information and implementation accuracy
Evaluate the success of campaigns and store sets worth with insights team and competitive research

What Skills You Have
Required
2+ years of Store Experience Design or related experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize multiple projects at varying stages of development
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning new technology and software
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience in drafting visual merchandising plans
Prior retail experience or exposure to merchandising principles
Experience managing timelines and budget
Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas
