In-Villa Dining (IVD) Order Taker

As an In-Villa Dining (IVD) Order Taker at Villa Haven, you will be the primary point of contact for guests placing in-villa dining orders. You will ensure that all orders are accurately recorded and communicated to the kitchen and delivery teams, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus.
