Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent

Position Summary

The Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent provides front-line phone support to TERREPOWER's customers, managing a high volume of inbound sales and service calls while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back.

This role blends sales aptitude with problem-solving — handling invoices and credits, coordinating with the production team on order accuracy, and building lasting relationships with vendors and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on every call, balancing sales opportunities with customer satisfaction.

• Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls from existing customers, handling both sales inquiries and service needs.

• Process client invoices and credits accurately and in a timely manner.

• Partner with the production team to verify and ensure order accuracy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support smooth order fulfillment.

Minimum Qualification

• Call center and phone sales experience highly preferred.

• Familiarity with the automotive industry and parts helpful but not required.

• Willingness to support other areas of the business as needed.
