Sales Representative - Women's Wellness | Advanced English Required

HIGHLIGHTS:

You will be calling warm U.S.-based leads who have already expressed interest in a natural women's wellness supplement and completed a detailed health questionnaire - these are not cold calls. Your job is to follow up, build genuine rapport, and guide them toward a purchase decision. This campaign is a new launch, which means real growth opportunities for the agents who help drive it to success.

• Base Salary: $17,000 MXN/month net (tax-free)
• Hiring Bonus: $8,000 MXN paid in installments over your first 4 months
• Performance Bonus: Up to $2,500 MXN additional per Week
• Total First-Year Potential: Up to $27,500 MXN/month
• Location: On-site - Guadalajara, Jalisco
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

WHAT YOU'LL DO (The Day-to-Day):

• Follow up with warm U.S.-based leads who completed a health intake form and expressed interest in a natural wellness product
• Build authentic rapport with female clients and guide them through their purchase decision
• Address questions and concerns about the product with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain consistent follow-up activity and log all interactions in the CRM
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of a brand-new campaign launch

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Must-Haves:

• Female candidates only - role requires building authentic rapport with a female U.S. client base
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) - all calls are conducted in English with U.S. clients
• 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience minimum
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong conversational skills
• Available to work on-site in Guadalajara

Nice to Have:

• Experience in wellness, health, or lifestyle product sales
• Prior experience in a BPO or U.S.-facing sales environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools
