About the role
From the RAS INTERIM ZARAGOZA office, we are selecting an INCIDENT MANAGER for an important company in the logistics and automotive sector located in Zaragoza.
What you'll do
Management and updating of the Management System documentation.
Management of incidents, charges, and claims derived from the provision of the service.
Review, classification, and maintenance of the incident database.
Collection, filing, and control of documentation associated with incidents.
Support in the documentary and administrative management of insurance files.
Organization and monitoring of documentation related to claims and traffic accidents. Support in the calculation and monitoring of quality indicators.
Support in the preparation of audits for clients and certifying entities.
Guarantee the correct traceability, order, and updating of quality records.
Compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention procedures.
What we're looking for
Training in Administration, Executive Assistance, or similar.
Medium-high level of English.
Good command of IT tools and the Office suite.
Organized, methodical, and responsible person.
Nice to have
Training related to quality, regulations, and legislation is valued.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions within the transport or logistics sector is valued.
