Inclusion Team Member

JOB SUMMARY: This position is a year-round position. Staff are assigned to work either 1:1 or in small groups with individuals with disabilities who need additional support in our member agency’s programs. Candidates will be working in a team environment and advocating to include individuals in all activities throughout the program. Duties include but are not limited to adapting activities and experiences to meet the needs of each individual, fostering social opportunities with neurotypical peers, and behavior management.

Candidates must be able to work in the afternoons from noon to 3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Preference will be given to individuals who can work morning and afternoons Monday through Friday.
