Income Operations Analyst

We are looking for am Income Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering operational excellence within securities and cash income processing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing and validating income payments received from financial markets.
• Investigating and resolving cash and securities discrepancies with custodians and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring outstanding reconciliation items and driving resolutions within agreed timelines.
• Performing daily operational controls and ensuring complete audit traceability.
• Managing operational communications and responding to stakeholder queries efficiently.
• Ensuring cash and securities positions are correctly reconciled and accurately justified.
• Identifying issues, escalating risks, and implementing corrective actions when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Securities Operations, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Income Processing, Custody Services, Reconciliations, or Investment Operations.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and income events.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, risk awareness, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive approach to process enhancement and operational efficiency.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
