Incoming QA Assistant Engineer

ALG is currently recruiting for an Incoming QA Assistant Engineer for our renowned client based in the west of Singapore.

This is an exciting contract opportunity to play a key role in supporting incoming quality assurance activities to ensure materials and components comply with engineering specifications and quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support incoming quality inspections in accordance with the Incoming Control Plan (ICP) and ensure materials and engineering drawings are in compliance with quality standards.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining quality inspection reports and documentation.

• Operate and maintain measurement equipment to support inspection activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on Spare Non-Conformance Actions (SNCA) arising from incoming inspections, workshop rejections, and warehouse stock checks.

• Conduct Form Fit inspections to verify product compliance.

• Assist the QA team in achieving overall quality assurance objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering, or any related discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

• Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring equipment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office like Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
