Incoming Quality Engineer (Electrical)

Job is responsible for the Incoming Quality Control. Key Responsibilities & Authority:
▪ Verify incoming products as per agreed Quality Plan
▪ Create Inspection Report
▪ Enter / Manage data of inspection result to / with ERP.
▪ Write Non-Conformance reports and facilitate Root Cause and Corrective Action as needed.
▪ Communicate with responsible suppliers about the NCR. ▪ Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure.
▪ Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence.
▪ Ensure Zero NCR from Internal Customer.
Minimum Qualifications, Minimum Experience and Competency:
▪ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics with 8+ years / bachelor’s in engineering mechanical/electrical & Electronics with 5+ years’ experience in Incoming Quality Control.
▪ Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions along with necessary confidence.
▪ Basic knowledge of Quality Tools and necessary knowledge on Measurement Tools
▪ Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22163 requirements related to role.
