Job Description:
India Exposition Mart Ltd., India’s largest integrated venue for exhibitions and conventions, invites applications for the position of Creative Designer to conceptualize and execute impactful designs for print and digital media. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering design solutions for the event and exhibition industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Conceptualization: Develop innovative design ideas and visual identities for events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Print Design: Design brochures, catalogues, hoardings, standees, banners, and all other print collaterals maintaining brand consistency.
- Digital Design: Create visually engaging digital creatives for social media, emailers, website banners, and online ads.
- Event Branding: Conceptualize and execute complete event themes, logos, and on-ground branding layouts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and digital teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
- Adaptation & Execution: Adapt master designs into multiple formats for print, outdoor, and digital applications.
Software Proficiency:
- Required: CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
- Additional Preference: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Motion Graphics skills.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with emerging design trends, visual communication techniques, and event branding innovations.
- Time Management: Handle multiple design projects efficiently and deliver within strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in the event or exhibition industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print and digital media design.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to visualize marketing concepts effectively.
