Summary
Procurement officer in aerospace sourcing materials and services, negotiating with suppliers and tracking orders to keep operations running smoothly.
Location: Loyang (Pickup from Tampines P.Ris, Sengkang, Kranji)
Working hours: 7.30am to 4.48pm
Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to support daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and purchase materials, spare parts, consumables, and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
Review supplier quotations, compare pricing, and recommend cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of vendors, materials, pricing, and procurement activities.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
Monitor supplier performance and work with vendors to improve delivery, quality, and service levels.
Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency.
Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support for purchasing activities.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
