Job Description
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on accounts and leads
- build good rapport with customers, understand customer needs and requirements
- answering to phone calls, emails and enquiries, serve walk-in customers
- maintain and expand database of customers
- identify sales opportunities and closing sales
- work closely with Sales team and provide support in the planning, coordination and execution of any activities
