Enoch Surfaces Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based supplier of premium SPC flooring and wall panel solutions, backed by an established manufacturing group with over 10 years of experience supplying customers across Asia, Europe and North America. With successful operations across China, Thailand and Malaysia, we are now building our own brand in Singapore and are looking for passionate individuals to join our pioneer team.

Unlike traditional sales roles, qualified customer enquiries generated by our in-house marketing team (warm leads) allow you to focus on understanding customers’ requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating within approved pricing guidelines and converting enquiries into successful sales.

As one of our pioneer team members, you’ll have the opportunity to grow together with the company as we expand our Singapore operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and online platforms.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable SPC flooring and wall panel products.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices using the company’s system.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert them into successful sales.
• Negotiate selling prices within approved pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with appointed installation partners after customer confirmation.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s system.
• Learn our products and provide professional advice to customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of working experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in renovation, interior design, building materials, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware or related industries will be highly regarded.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software systems.
• Confident communicating with customers through WhatsApp, email and phone calls.
• Friendly, customer-focused and well organised.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 (commensurate with experience)
• Sales Commission
• Qualified customer enquiries (warm leads) provided by the company — no cold calling or door-to-door sales
