Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing and developing customer accounts, delivering technical solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase sales and market presence
• Develop new customer accounts by identifying opportunities and building relationships
• Provide technical solutions tailored to customer applications to support product adoption
• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with assigned customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Required competencies and certifications

• Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding, Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to present and negotiate effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience specializing in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Other Information

• Full-time position with a 5.5-day work week
• Overseas travel required
