The Role

We are hiring 2 motivated female Saudi nationals to join our sales team as Indoor Sales Executives at our Al Sulay office in Riyadh. This is a fully office-based role with no field visits required. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, handling communication by phone, email, and WhatsApp in both Arabic and English, and supporting the sales team from inquiry to order. This position is open to female Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp in Arabic and English
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until the order is confirmed
• Follow up with existing clients and help generate repeat business
• Coordinate with the field sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly
• Keep sales records, client information, and the sales pipeline up to date
• Prepare simple sales reports for management
• Work toward monthly sales targets with guidance from the team

Skills

Requirements

• Female Saudi national (this position is open to female Saudi nationals only)
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or sales coordination experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Based in Riyadh, ideally in or near Al Sulay
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with a confident, positive attitude
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client requests

Preferred

• Experience with quotations, CRM systems, or ERP software (such as Odoo)
• Interest in industrial, construction, or power solutions
