Indoor Sales Executive

• Position: Indoor Sales Executive

• Location: Pasir Panjang (walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food products supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally via phone and other communication channels.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads.

• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities.

• Recommend, explain and upsell relevant products and services.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments where required.

• Keep updated on product, service and competitor information.

• Research and identify potential new leads.

• Follow up on opportunities, close sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to support timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

• Perform related sales-administration duties.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.

• At least three years of relevant experience in indoor sales, inside sales, telesales or a related customer-facing sales role.

• Good understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up and customer conversion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using basic sales, CRM or order-management systems.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads.
