Indoor Sales Executive

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the system.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Provide administrative and operational support to sales manager.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient coordination and workflow.

• Update and maintain sales, customer, and contract information in the system.

• Process and monitor After Sales Service Support claims, ensuring accurate documentation and submission.

• Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
