Industrial Chiller Production & Technical Manager
Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Chiller Production/ Technical Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and managing ACMV projects from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
A. Oversee industrial chiller production
• Lead, plan and oversee daily and weekly production schedules and delivery timelines are met
• Optimize manpower, materials, and workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to approved SOPs and streamline operational procedures where necessary
• Oversee the proper operation, maintenance and calibration of production equipment
B. Onsite technical support and troubleshoot
• Performing chiller installation with commissioning on site
• Lead team(s) to troubleshoot technical issues on site
• Lead team(s) to oversee and manage site installation including piping works
• Ensure production activities, waste handling, and environmental practices comply with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirement
• Minimum 6 years of relevant hands-on production and on-site installation experience for Industrial Chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled)
• Experience in HVAC (Air conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems are a bonus
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller design across various compressor types (scroll/screw/ centrifugal)
• Proven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage local and foreign workers
• Prior work experience in Singapore is a bonus
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese is a bonus
Salary& Benefits:
• Salary Range : S$3,800 - S$5,000 (commensurate with experience).
