Position: Industrial Chiller Production & Technical Manager

Salary: SGD S$3,800 - S$5,000

Job purpose:

To oversee industrial chiller production operations and manage onsite installation, commissioning and technical troubleshooting, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, safety compliance and timely project delivery. The role also involves leading production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and reliable chiller performance.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
A. Oversee industrial chiller production

• Lead, plan and oversee daily and weekly production schedules and delivery timelines are met

• Optimize manpower, materials, and workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to approved SOPs and streamline operational procedures where necessary

• Oversee the proper operation, maintenance and calibration of production equipment

B. Onsite technical support and troubleshoot

• Performing chiller installation with commissioning on site

• Lead team (s) to troubleshoot technical issues on site

• Lead team(s) to oversee and manage site installation including piping works

• Ensure production activities, waste handling, and environmental practices comply with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.

🔑 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum6 years of relevant hands-on production and on-site installation experience for Industrial Chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled)

• Experience in HVAC (Air conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems are a bonus

• Strong technical knowledge of chiller design across various compressor types (scroll/screw/ centrifugal)

• Proven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage local and foreign workers

• Prior work experience in Singapore is a bonus

• Able to communicate in English and Chinese is a bonus
