Industrial Cybersecurity Expert Developer - Remote

Project S.r.l. in Milan seeks a Cybersecurity Expert Developer / Owner Industrial Embedded to lead cybersecurity across a critical portfolio of switchgear and control systems. You will act as the main reference for cybersecurity topics, align with IEC 62443-4-2 and comply with CRA.

The role combines architecture and development, collaborating with R&D, Product Management and external auditors to strengthen cybersecurity and support audits, design reviews and product lifecycle security.

Act as the main contact person for cybersecurity topics across the portfolio. Support discussions with cybersecurity auditors and explain technical solutions. Understand and continuously improve the cybersecurity architecture. Ensure alignment with IEC 62443-4-2 and EU CRA requirements. Experience in industrial, embedded or IoT environments. Strong knowledge of secure communication, certificates, authentication and authorization. System hardening and vulnerability management experience.
