Industrial Data & ML Engineer for Predictive Maintenance

Camlin Group is seeking a Data & ML Engineer to turn complex industrial data into valuable product capabilities. You will work with engineers, product teams, and domain experts to apply data engineering, statistics, and machine learning in production-ready solutions.

You will explore challenging datasets, build scalable data pipelines, and translate analytical findings into practical, maintainable code that powers our asset monitoring and predictive maintenance offerings.

Translate product and engineering challenges into practical, data-driven solutions. Explore and analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities. Develop and evaluate models for asset monitoring, forecasting, and optimization. Build and improve data pipelines and tooling for reliable data-driven capabilities. Turn findings into practical implementations integrated in products. Evaluate performance and continuously improve solutions based on data. Make sound technical decisions balancing impact and maintainability. Communicate findings and trade-offs clearly across teams. Strong Python and SQL skills with hands-on data analysis experience. Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning. Familiarity with data pipelines, data quality, and model evaluation/validation. Proven ability to deliver maintainable, production-ready code.
