What you'll do
Carrying out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of plant machinery and automated systems.
Rapid diagnosis and repair of electrical and automation faults to minimize production downtime.
Intervention, adjustment, and maintenance of robotized lines, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and plant peripherals.
Execution of continuous improvement proposals in electrical panels and equipment automation.
Control and intervention in frequency inverters, sensors, and actuators.
What we're looking for
Academic Training: Higher Degree (FP II) in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Control, Electronic Maintenance, or similar.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance within continuous manufacturing/plant environments (metallurgical, food sector, etc.).
Knowledge: Electrical Maintenance, PLC, Siemens, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics.
Specialty: Industrial Maintenance / Electromechanics

What you'll get
Salary Conditions: Competitive compensation from 30,000 to 32,000, depending on experience and skills.

How you'll work
Job Stability: Project with a solid career plan. Initial hiring through a temporary contract of 4 months (1 month probation period), renewal for 8 months, and after the first year in the position, transition to a Permanent Contract.
Schedule and Shifts (4-team, 3-shift model):
Morning Shift: 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 15-minute break).
Afternoon Shift: 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM (with a 15-minute break).
Night Shift: 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM (with a 15-minute break).
Rotation Plan (4-week cycles): Starting the cycle on a Tuesday on the afternoon shift and rotating to morning and night after rest days.
Work-Life Balance: You will enjoy 9 days off every 4 weeks (one more day than the usual Monday-to-Friday schedule). Rest days are distributed as: two blocks of 3 consecutive days, one of 2 days, and one of 1 day (3 of them partially or fully coinciding with weekends).
