Industrial Electrician Helper (Contract/Temp Work)

Main Purpose:
The Electrician Helper assists Electricians in the installation, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electrical systems within an industrial environment. This is a contract/temporary position, and the estimated workload is 2-7 weeks.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the assembly, installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures including conduit, wire duct and cable tray systems
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues in a timely manner
- Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Ensure compliance with national, state and local electrical codes
- Maintain tools, vehicles and equipment in good working order
- Work collaboratively with team members, contractors and clients
- Learn from the Electrician
