Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing processes and systems.
• Evaluate and select appropriate automation technologies, including robotics, PLCs, and sensor systems.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot automated equipment and production lines.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.
• Analyze automation performance data and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and uptime.
• Develop and deliver training to maintenance and operations staff on automated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with automation focus.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a specialization in automation and robotics.
• Proven experience with PLC programming, robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA), and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, system integration, and control systems.
• Proficiency in simulation software for automation design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
