To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimise workflows, capacity and efficiency across our semi-automated production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimise production workflows, layouts and material flow

• Perform time studies, prepare Gantt charts, capacity planning and line balancing

• Define labour standards, staffing models and productivity metrics

• Lead Lean/continuous-improvement initiatives (ex. Kaizen, 5S, VSM)

• Support factory layout, ergonomics and workstation design

• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency and cost

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and planning teams

Skills and Experience Required:

• BSc/MSc in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or systems engineering is mandatory

• Minimum 4-5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Lean, time-and-motion studies and capacity planning

• Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel and data-analysis skills

• Experience with ERP systems and factory layout tools

• Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts

• Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus
