Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to support project execution and performance improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in project coordination, analyze performance data and KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.
- Monitor and analyze project KPIs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Internship, co-op, or training in project management, operational excellence, or performance management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Certifications
- Six Sigma Certification
- PMP Certification (preferred)
