Industrial Engineer (maternity leave)

POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Design, implement and validate process according to new product introduction and/or increase capacity according to the organizational and NPD requirements such as new products, engineering changes, volume changes, wastes reduction, delivering a safe environment for the operational employees and assuring a process capable to meet the high quality standards of our products.

ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:

• Planning and executing the new products every model year according to NPD requirements.
• Maintain routings, visual aids, work instructions, risk analysis for every model year.
• Execute and record all the ISO processes related to the area.
• Planning and executing efficiency and improvement projects.
• Follow up and apply engineering changes.
• Participate with the FEMA team to reach the best score for the processes.
• Ensure that our line balancing and processes maximize the VA/NVA ratio while taking into consideration our workers, using lean manufacturing tools.
• Help create a continuous improvement culture by using lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMS tools.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.
