Industrial Engineer

Develop work methods, line layouts, and tooling for rooting, grooming, and final assembly processes.

Support new product piloting and production ramp-up activities.

Analyze labor requirements, material yield, and process efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and cost.

Provide technical support and training to production teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of Time Study, MTM, Line Balancing, and Process Flow.

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of Technical Drawing and AutoCAD.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
