Responsibilities
- Analyze production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Collect and interpret data related to labor, materials, equipment, and workflow.
- Assist in developing methods to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct time studies and work measurement analyses.
- Support facility layout and workflow optimization projects.
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Assist with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, charts, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or process improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CAD software, ERP systems, or statistical software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Time and motion studies.
- Data visualization and reporting.
- Project management fundamentals.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
