Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting time studies, work studies, and bottleneck analyses to identify areas for improvement within our manufacturing operations. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing method studies to enhance productivity and ensure effective line balancing. Additionally, you will manage manpower handling to ensure that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct time and work studies to analyze production processes and identify inefficiencies. - Perform bottleneck analysis to determine constraints in the production line and recommend solutions. - Develop and implement method studies to improve operational workflows and productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective line balancing and resource allocation. - Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide training and support to staff on best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.
