Industrial Engineer (Warehouse) 007

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Plan and monitor operational capacity, including manpower, storage space, equipment and material processing requirements.
• Manage and support Industrial Engineering projects, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
• Conduct warehouse layout, processing time, productivity and cost analysis.
• Perform time studies on existing and new work processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Develop simulation models to support warehouse planning and customer solution design.
• Support the planning, design and implementation of warehouse automation solutions.
• Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of material handling and storage systems after implementation.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of warehouse operations, process improvement and capacity planning.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as SAP.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Experience with 3D modelling or simulation software is an advantage
