Industrial Engineering – Section Manager (PMX)

1) Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing process flows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and balance workloads.
2) Conduct time studies, motion studies, and line balancing to optimize manpower and equipment utilization
3) Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and cycle time.
4) Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining optimal production layouts and workflows.
5) Calculate, monitor, and analyze UPH (Units Per Hour) for production lines, processes, and individual workstations.
6) Develop standard cycle times and productivity benchmarks.
7) Perform capacity planning to support production demand, expansion, and shift planning.
8) Prepare productivity reports and dashboards for management review.
