INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SENIOR ENGINEER

Job Descriptions:
- Lead NPI capacity planning and ramp-up readiness.
- Design and optimize FATP line layouts and production flow.
- Govern time studies and validate standard times across FATP lines.
- Drive line balancing optimization and manpower efficiency improvement.
- Perform OEE analysis and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Lead Lean initiatives, including VSM, SMED, Kaizen events.
- Collaborate with the automation team to optimize production line headcount and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Quantify cost-saving opportunities and track financial impact.
- Mentor junior IE engineers.
- Present productivity analysis and improvement proposals to management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FATP or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in time study, MTM, line balancing, capacity modeling, manpower optimization, OEE analysis, and throughput improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of FATP processes, with a solid understanding of automation impact on labor modeling.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools, with the ability to prepare financial and productivity reports.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional influencing capabilities.
