Industrial Fan Field Service Technician

Position Summary: Join ProcessBarron, a leader in industrial engineering and field services. Travel across the U.S. and Canada providing hands-on service, diagnostics, and repair for industrial fan systems while building a long-term technical career. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Install, inspect, and repair industrial fan systems
- Perform bearing replacements, alignments, and troubleshooting
- Supervise millwright and weld repairs
- Conduct laser alignments and inspections
- Complete service reports
Advanced: fan balancing, vibration analysis, diagnostics, commissioning support

ATTRIBUTES:
Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain passport
- Pass background & drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments
