Industrial HVAC Technician - Refrigeration Specialist (First-Class Skilled Tradesperson)

What you'll do

As a first-class skilled Refrigeration Technician, your day-to-day will begin and end at the Camarma de Esteruelas branch, where you will pick up your work vehicle. Your responsibilities will be:

-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the installation of HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment (industrial)

-Diagnosis and repair of thermal faults.

-Management of the company vehicle, picking it up and dropping it off daily at the branch. Leaving the van at your home may be considered if you live very far away and have extensive experience.

What we're looking for

-Professional Category: First-class skilled tradesperson (Professional Group 4) in HVAC / Refrigeration. Demonstrable experience in the sector.

-Daily mobility: It is essential to have your own means of transport to travel every day to the Camarma de Esteruelas branch to start and finish the working day.

-Initial availability: Availability to travel to Albacete during the first two weeks to undergo the company's initial training.

What you'll get

-Contract: Permanent (with a 3-month probationary period) and with a planned start date in November.

-Salary: 30,000 euros gross per year. (The salary consists of the base salary, a personal supplement, and 2 extra payments in July and December).

-Vacation: You are entitled to 26 working days of vacation (22 days + adjustment for excess working hours). Additionally, the company grants December 24th, December 31st, and January 5th as non-working days off.

-Medical Insurance: Your policy is included in a private health insurance plan paid for by the company. You have the option to include your spouse and children (deducting their premium from your payslip) without a health questionnaire or waiting periods if you do so at the time of your joining.

-Vehicle: You will have a company van for your daily travel (based in Camarma).

-Per Diems and Travel: Per diem system paid on your payslip: 12.20 euros per meal (if you work in the afternoon), 32.30 euros for a full per diem (if you stay overnight), and 19.20 euros for a half per diem. Accommodation is always reserved, managed, and paid for directly by the company.

How you'll work

-Schedule (Quality of life): On-site and continuous working day from 07:00 to 15:30 h, Monday to Friday (with half an hour for lunch). Note: Your working day begins when you pick up the van and ends when you return it to the branch. All overtime hours exceeding this schedule are paid on your payslip. There will be days when the schedule changes slightly due to client needs.
