About the Role

The Sr. Environmental Health Specialist (Project Manager in Training) serves as a bridge between technical fieldwork and project leadership. This role is built for an experienced EHS professional who is ready to grow into independent project management — gaining hands-on exposure to client engagement, proposal development, budgeting, and report preparation while continuing to apply deep technical expertise in the field.

Day-to-day, you'll work alongside senior Project Managers on projects spanning asbestos, lead, mold, industrial hygiene, and broader Environmental Health & Safety disciplines. On the ground, you'll conduct site surveys and inspections, oversee abatement activities, and monitor job sites for safety and regulatory compliance. Behind the scenes, you'll contribute to the full project lifecycle — from scoping and proposals to final deliverables.

This is a role for someone who thrives in both a hard hat and a client meeting — and who is eager to develop the leadership skills to run complex EHS projects on their own.
