Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift)

About the role

Do you have experience in industrial maintenance and are you passionate about leading teams in production environments? At GRUPO CRIT, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for an important lightweight packaging plant located in the Complejo Ambiental de Tenerife, in Arico.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance area, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the plant's facilities and equipment to ensure production continuity, operational safety, and resource optimization.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance work.
• Manage and control maintenance interventions on machinery and facilities.
• Coordinate the activities of the maintenance area with production objectives and needs.
• Detect and resolve breakdowns, proposing improvements to optimize equipment performance.
• Supervise the correct functioning of equipment such as conveyor belts, bearings, transmission systems, trommels, compactors, magnetic separators, optical separators, and aspiration systems.
• Organize the human and material resources necessary to guarantee the plant's operability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.

What we're looking for

• Intermediate Vocational Training in Industrial Mechanics, Automation and Industrial Robotics, or similar studies related to industrial maintenance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• - Solid knowledge of:
• Industrial mechanics and electricity.
• Automation and machinery control.
• Management of maintenance plans.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults.
• Valid driver's license.

What you'll get

• 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of permanent incorporation.
• Full-time position of 37.5 hours per week.
• Fixed night shift from Monday to Friday.
• Schedule from 22:00 to 05:30 hours.
• Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €26,000, including night shift premium.
