Industrial Maintenance Technician - All Shifts
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Pay:$25.00 - $45.00/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for 2nd & 3rd Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Support CNC machines, assembly equipment, heat treat systems, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS.
- Participate in equipment repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
- Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
Preferred
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, military, farming, or construction experience.
- Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
- Exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or mechanical systems.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. while working in a manufacturing environment around industrial equipment.
