Industrial Maintenance Technician Training Program

You will complete a 12-month training program and carry out industrial maintenance work at the Saint-Marcel plant. You will prepare intervention documents and safety conditions, diagnose equipment issues, perform corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance, record maintenance data, inspect work quality, and support continuous-improvement and technical shutdown activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intervention documents and required safety conditions
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Perform corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance
• Inspect intervention quality and report anomalies
• Record maintenance data in maintenance-management tools and work documentation
• Apply operational-excellence and continuous-improvement standards
• Support the preparation and execution of technical shutdowns
• Apply technical-documentation standards

Requirements

• Medical fitness for work at height and shift work
• Technical CAP or BEP qualification preferred
• Initial experience in industry or a mechanical trade is beneficial
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety requirements
• Follow instructions strictly
