Industrial Marketing Executive (Food FMCG)

Principal Function

 Manage Industrial Products for B2B business.

 Oversee the operation of the Industrial Sales Section for domestic and export markets.

 Manage supply and demand planning for Industrial Products.

 Develop and execute marketing strategies, sales plans, product promotions, and new product development initiatives.

 Manage customer complaints for domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities

A. Industrial Products Management

 Manage brand image and product quality.

 Develop business strategies to support business growth.

 Identify new business opportunities and product development initiatives.

 Develop sales expansion strategies and implement sales support programmes.

B. Industrial Operation Management

 Manage operational issues relating to Industrial Products in domestic and export markets.

C. Supply & Demand Management

 Manage supply and demand planning to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

D. Marketing Strategy Management

 Plan annual sales targets and budgets for Industrial Products and monitor affiliate sales performance.

 Plan and execute product promotion activities in collaboration with FDA and affiliates.

 Manage product profitability by monitoring Gross Profit (GP) and Operating Profit (OP) through effective cost management.

E. Other Responsibilities

 Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

 Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.

 Preferably with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience.

 Preferably at Executive level, specializing in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
