Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a senior leader to provide leadership and technical oversight for Communications and Networking Systems within the Instrumentation & Automation scope during EPC execution, commissioning, and start-up phases. Ensure all systems are designed, integrated, installed, and commissioned in compliance with project requirements, cybersecurity standards, and international codes.

Responsibilities include leading the scope, reviewing engineering deliverables, ensuring

Lead the Communications and Networking scope for the project. Review engineering deliverables, architectures, and vendor docs. Ensure compliance with project standards and codes. Oversee fiber, LAN/WAN, Industrial Ethernet, wireless, IP telephony, CCTV, and radio systems. Verify integration with DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA and other systems. Participate in technical reviews, FATs/SATs, commissioning and start-up. Coordinate with EPC contractor, vendors, and operations to resolve issues. Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering field. 10–15 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. Experience in PMC, Owner's Engineer, or EPC roles. Strong knowledge of industrial networks and cybersecurity. Familiarity with ISA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, API, NFPA standards.
