What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the correct operation of the assigned production lines, guaranteeing the established manufacturing plans.

Lead, motivate, and manage the team of operators under your charge, fostering a positive work environment oriented toward teamwork.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, efficiency, and quality, implementing corrective actions in the event of any deviation.

Collaborate closely with the maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to optimize the production flow.

What we're looking for

Demonstrable previous experience in supervision functions or team management on production lines within the industrial sector; previous experience in the automotive sector will be highly valued.

Technical competencies: Knowledge of production process management and industrial safety regulations.

How you'll work

Availability: Ability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday.

Working day: Monday to Friday, allowing for work-life balance with the weekend.

Schedule flexibility: Organization in rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, or night.

Contract: weekly contract with the possibility of renewal.
