About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager to be responsible for the technical, economic, and temporal success of our executions.

What you'll do
? Integral Planning: Define the project plan, WBS, schedule, budget, and risk matrix.
? Project Management: Control scope, deadlines, costs, economic margin, and quality standards during all phases.
? Multidisciplinary Coordination: Direct and coordinate engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, automation, construction, and SAT activities.
? Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with the client, managing their expectations and coordinating scope changes.
? Project Closure: Coordinate FAT and SAT testing, provisional/final acceptance certificates, and the final economic closure of the project.
What we're looking for
? Education: Degree or Master's in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
? Experience: Solid experience in "turnkey" (EPC) industrial project management.
? Skills: Leadership, technical-economic vision, negotiation capacity, and conflict resolution.
? Mobility: Availability to travel for follow-up meetings with clients and site visits.
Nice to have
? We value: Experience in projects with budgets exceeding €1M, PMP / PRINCE2 certification, and professional English (C1).
