Plans continuous surveillance/evaluation of the assigned contractors' property management systems.
Identifies risk to the Government through application of professional business judgment and risk-based assessment techniques in order to determine the appropriate type and level of surveillance.
Determines appropriate method for the testing of each property management element and conducts property management system analyses accordingly.
Performs necessary follow-up actions on instances of contractor noncompliance. Prepares correspondence to assure milestones are met during the mutually agreed time frames.
Conducts property loss investigations pertaining to assigned contractors' liability of Government property in their possession.
Reviews and analyzes new contracts to determine that the assigned contractors' property management system procedures are adequate to fulfill the contractual requirements.
Assures that there are no unresolved property administration matters prior to final contract property closeout.
