NewBe an early applicant- Coordinate operations in all HR activities including industrial relations, permits, social, security, and general affairs.
- Maintain good relations with labor unions and ensure labor unions support all company policies.
- Responsible for counseling and coaching activities to all employees to support the achievement of high performance.
- Responsible for strategic communication planning through social media and communities.
- Responsible for carrying out all Work Systems and Management Systems (Quality, HALAL, KOSHER, Food Safety, HACCP, RSPO SCCS, ISO Certification, Work Safety, Information Security, Environment, etc.) that implemented by the Company in accordance with their respective work area.
